Je le dis encore au pr\u00e9sent, car s\u2019il est beaucoup moins fort, il repointe son nez de temps en temps.<\/p>\n<h3>Concr\u00e8tement de quoi s\u2019agit-il\u00a0?<\/h3>\n<p>D\u00e9sirer bien faire n\u2019est pas probl\u00e9matique en soi, au contraire. Mais lors du stress, cette qualit\u00e9 pouss\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019extr\u00eame devient contreproductive et difficile \u00e0 vivre.<\/p>\n<p>Issue de l\u2019\u00e9ducation et de l\u2019interpr\u00e9tation des exp\u00e9riences de vie, le \u00ab\u00a0sois parfait\u00a0\u00bb peut \u00eatre envers soi-m\u00eame et\/ou envers les autres.<\/p>\n<p>Cela conduit \u00e0 un comportement d\u2019insatisfaction, de critiques\u2026mais \u00e9galement, rappelons-le \u00e0 des qualit\u00e9s comme le fait d\u2019\u00eatre r\u00e9fl\u00e9chi, prudent, d\u2019aller vers l\u2019am\u00e9lioration continue\u2026<\/p>\n<p>En r\u00e9sum\u00e9, tout est une question d\u2019\u00e9quilibre. La partie positive de ce driver conduit la personne \u00e0 chercher des solutions et la rendra extr\u00eamement comp\u00e9tente dans l\u2019organisation, la cr\u00e9ation de proc\u00e9dures\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Mais sa fiabilit\u00e9 ne l\u2019emp\u00eachera pas en \u00e9tat de stress de s\u2019autocritiquer et de bloquer sur le \u00ab\u00a0comment faire\u00a0\u00bb oubliant le contexte autour.<\/p>\n<p>Afin d\u2019\u00e9viter de sombrer dans la partie obscure, il est n\u00e9cessaire d\u2019int\u00e9grer que chacun peut faire des erreurs et le leitmotiv \u00ab\u00a0sois comme tu es\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Facile en th\u00e9orie mais qui s\u2019encrera au rythme de chacun si et seulement si cela commence par une intention profonde d\u2019aller dans ce sens, vers cette lib\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n<h3>Et comment cela se pr\u00e9sente par exemple\u00a0?<\/h3>\n<p>Pour ma part, j\u2019ai toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 attir\u00e9e par les activit\u00e9s artistiques mais en m\u00eame temps j\u2019avais cette impression que, n\u2019ayant aucun talent, ce n\u2019\u00e9tait pas pour moi.<\/p>\n<p>Perdue dans le m\u00e9andre des \u00e9tudes, j\u2019ai os\u00e9 tenter un cap de sculpture sur bois juste apr\u00e8s ma licence de psychologie.<\/p>\n<p>Cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 la premi\u00e8re base\u00a0: m\u2019\u00e9couter et oser malgr\u00e9 ce monde inconnu.<\/p>\n<p>Par la suite j\u2019ai lanc\u00e9 ma premi\u00e8re activit\u00e9 et d\u00e9couvert l\u2019apprentissage par essai-erreur. Pour autant, sur les activit\u00e9s personnelles, je ne pouvais pas m\u2019emp\u00eacher d\u2019\u00eatre d\u00e9\u00e7u par ce que je faisais, mais j\u2019ai pers\u00e9v\u00e9r\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Je ne sais pas peindre pourtant quand je m\u2019y essayais, le plaisir se perdait avec le jugement, l\u2019autocritique.<\/p>\n<p>Mes d\u00e9buts dans le d\u00e9veloppement personnel ont eu lieu au cours d\u2019une formation pour les entrepreneurs. Je suis tomb\u00e9e de haut en prenant conscience de la relation que j\u2019avais avec moi-m\u00eame. Perdue dans la gestion de mes \u00e9motions, j\u2019ai commenc\u00e9 a essayer de m\u2019exprimer \u00e0 coup de pinceaux. Petite victoire en laissant provisoirement de cot\u00e9 le r\u00e9sultat pour me connecter \u00e0 mon \u00e9volution.<\/p>\n<p>Il a fallu quelques ann\u00e9es d\u2019introspection, de cheminement personnel, \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et spirituel et quelques \u00e9preuves de vie afin de commencer \u00e0 prendre conscience de l\u2019essentiel.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s tout cela, mon intention est simple en th\u00e9orie\u00a0: \u00eatre en paix. Cela passe concr\u00e8tement par porter un autre regard sur la vie et sur moi. M\u2019accueillir n\u2019est pas une \u00e9vidence mais jour apr\u00e8s jour de minuscules changements se produisent. Et c\u2019est dans les actions que cela commence \u00e0 se voir.<\/p>\n<p>J\u2019ai ressorti mes pinceaux derni\u00e8rement apr\u00e8s presque un an afin de mettre \u00e0 mon go\u00fbt une boite, en rempla\u00e7ant la corbeille de fruits par des symboles qui me parlent. J\u2019en ai profit\u00e9 pour faire d\u2019autres boites puis quelques jours plus tard par m\u2019essayer \u00e0 plusieurs techniques sur toile. Les deux fois, il y a eu des manqu\u00e9s.
