Cela peut avoir des effets b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques sur la sant\u00e9, notamment en r\u00e9duisant le risque de maladies cardiovasculaires, de diab\u00e8te de type 2 et d&rsquo;autres probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 li\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;ob\u00e9sit\u00e9. Mais en parall\u00e8le, cela peut \u00e9galement g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des manques, du stress et un dysfonctionnement de certains m\u00e9canismes du corps.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Composition corporelle<\/em> :<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Certains r\u00e9gimes peuvent entra\u00eener une perte de masse grasse, mais aussi de masse musculaire, ce qui n&rsquo;est pas id\u00e9al pour la sant\u00e9 \u00e0 long terme. Il est important de viser une perte de poids qui pr\u00e9serve au maximum la masse musculaire et favorise une composition corporelle saine.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Nutrition et \u00e9quilibre alimentaire<\/em> :<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Certains r\u00e9gimes restrictifs peuvent conduire \u00e0 des carences nutritionnelles si les aliments essentiels sont exclus ou limit\u00e9s.
