Les premi\u00e8res bouch\u00e9es ou morceaux lorsqu\u2019il s\u2019agit de chocolat, ont un vrai effet selon le besoin et le moment.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Alors bien-s\u00fbr, j\u2019ai pris conscience de cela avec du recul parce que tr\u00e8s vite l\u2019effet du premier moment, est remplac\u00e9 par la <strong>pulsion<\/strong> de \u00ab\u00a0j\u2019en veux encore plus\u00a0\u00bb\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Et par la suite lorsque la pulsion est consomm\u00e9e, j\u2019avais deux r\u00e9actions\u00a0: la culpabilit\u00e9 ou la promesse que c\u2019\u00e9tait la derni\u00e8re fois.<\/p>\n<p>Dans les deux cas, il n\u2019y avait rien de positif. Donc cela ne pouvait rien donner de bon pour le futur.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Je suis longtemps restait sur cette vision <strong>n\u00e9gative<\/strong> de moi-m\u00eame et de mon manque de motivation.
