La vie suit son cours. Travail, relationnel, quotidien ont pris le dessus au point de ne plus penser \u00e0 moi, \u00e0 mon corps auquel je ne me sens pas reli\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Lorsqu\u2019on me le demande, je r\u00e9ponds que je vais bien. Je n\u2019y r\u00e9fl\u00e9chie m\u00eame pas. Etant d\u00e9connect\u00e9 de moi, je vis en surface en noyant mes profondeurs dans mon alimentation.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Et un jour, tout s\u2019\u00e9croule.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Un \u00e9change avec une quasi-inconnue sur le parking de mon \u00e9cole me met la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 en face. Elle me parle d\u2019une op\u00e9ration de l\u2019ob\u00e9sit\u00e9, d\u2019un changement de vie, des solutions possibles.<\/p>\n

Je me retrouve donc \u00e0 devoir ouvrir les yeux sur mes ressentis.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Est-ce que je m\u2019aime\u00a0?<\/p>\n

Est-ce que je me sens bien dans ce corps\u00a0?<\/p>\n

Est-ce que j\u2019ai envie de poursuivre comme cela\u00a0?<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Plusieurs questions et une m\u00eame r\u00e9ponse\u00a0: NON, NON et NON.<\/p>\n

Et cela me fait me projeter vers une autre possibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 laquelle je ne croyais plus. Des kilos en moins, un autre corps\u2026et s\u2019en suit les liens que j\u2019ai fait jusqu\u2019ici. En l\u2019occurrence\u00a0: perdre du poids me permettra de me sentir mieux avec moi-m\u00eame, de m\u2019accepter comme je suis, d\u2019\u00eatre heureuse et \u00e9panouie dans tous mes domaines de vie que cela soit au travail ou dans ma vie amoureuse.<\/p>\n

Bref la connexion est plus que simplifi\u00e9e dans mon esprit.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

J\u2019essaie de relativiser afin de ne pas \u00eatre d\u00e9\u00e7ue et je ne me donne pas d\u2019objectif afin d\u2019\u00e9viter la pression. Mais en m\u00eame temps, j\u2019aimerai d\u00e9j\u00e0 obtenir le r\u00e9sultat.<\/p>\n

En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, ce que je voulais vraiment \u00e9tait tout simplement d\u2019\u00eatre heureuse.<\/p>\n

J\u2019avais juste li\u00e9 cela \u00e0 ma corpulence, je mettais donc tous mes espoirs dans cette op\u00e9ration\u2026<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Je ne fus pas d\u00e9\u00e7ue par ma perte de poids mais je reportais mon acceptation \u00e0 plus tard, lorsque j\u2019aurai fait mes op\u00e9rations de chirurgies r\u00e9paratrices.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Il a fallu quelques ann\u00e9es apr\u00e8s tout cela pour prendre conscience de mon mode de pens\u00e9es. Mes projections m\u2019emp\u00eachant de profiter du moment pr\u00e9sent et de me r\u00e9jouir de chaque petite avanc\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

Pourtant ne serait-ce pas la voie de la paix int\u00e9rieure\u00a0?<\/p>\n
