Cela demande donc du temps, des tentatives qui peuvent ne pas fonctionner imm\u00e9diatement, des strat\u00e9gies pour mettre en place de nouvelles habitudes\u2026et dans la majorit\u00e9 des cas, il y a encore des phases de craquage.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Si comme moi, vous n\u2019en \u00eates pas \u00e0 votre premi\u00e8re tentative, il y a deux moyens de fonctionner\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Se dire que cette fois-ci, se sera diff\u00e9rent et se le r\u00e9p\u00e9ter pour y croire\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>Rester sur ma ligne de conduite qui est de ne plus me battre contre moi-m\u00eame donc de tenir compte de toutes les possibilit\u00e9s, y compris mes moments de faiblesses qui font partis du processus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Etant partie sur la seconde option, j\u2019ai mis des strat\u00e9gies en place afin de limiter les d\u00e9g\u00e2ts, avec tout de m\u00eame l\u2019optique de ne plus avoir besoin de tout cela par la suite en me faisant plaisir mais sans perte de contr\u00f4le.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Voici des exemples de ce que je fais, je vous invite \u00e0 prendre ce qui r\u00e9sonne en vous et \u00e0 vous \u00e9couter si vous voulez vous-m\u00eame avoir vos .<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Je cuisine moi-m\u00eame.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Lorsque j\u2019ai envie de sucr\u00e9, je peux facilement avaler le paquet de biscuit. En les pr\u00e9parant moi-m\u00eame, plusieurs \u00e9l\u00e9ments changent.<\/p>\n<p>En premier lieu, il y a un temps entre ma pulsion et la fin de la cuisson ce qui me permet de me calmer. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cela, je vais \u00eatre capable de manger en conscience pour d\u00e9guster ce que j\u2019ai pr\u00e9par\u00e9 et ainsi \u00eatre moins sous l\u2019emprise de la pulsion.<\/p>\n<p>Ensuite, je sais ce qu\u2019il y a dans la recette et je m\u2019\u00e9vite tous les conservateurs ou les ajusteurs de gouts qui donnent envie d\u2019en manger davantage.<\/p>\n<p>Et pour finir, en plus de pouvoir manger en conscience, mes biscuits sont plus consistants que ceux en paquet donc j\u2019en mange moins pour davantage de plaisir (je fais ce que j\u2019adore).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Je fais attention \u00e0 mes pens\u00e9es pour ne pas \u00eatre prise en otage par mon jugement et ma culpabilit\u00e9<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ce mode de fonctionnement n\u00e9faste pour chacun engendre un mal-\u00eatre qui incite \u00e0 retourner vers la nourriture pour s\u2019apaiser et l\u00e0 d\u00e9bute le cercle vicieux. Un principe bien-connu dans le coaching se met alors en place\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0le foutu pour foutu\u00a0\u00bb. A cause de lui, au lieu d\u2019une petite d\u00e9rive qui finalement n\u2019aura pas forc\u00e9ment une si grande incidence, il y a un tourbillon vidant placard et frigo pour se remplir au maximum.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>J\u2019analyse avec le recul<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Lorsque le besoin, parce que c\u2019est ce que c\u2019est devenu, est assouvi, il est possible pour moi de me poser afin de prendre du recul et d\u2019analyser la situation. Qu\u2019est-ce qui m\u2019a fait r\u00e9agir\u00a0?
